Timothy Trodden serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Better Health Group, where he is responsible for the development and execution of human resource and culture strategy through the integration of talent management, organizational development, and overall employee experience.

Prior to joining Better Health Group, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources for Butterfly Network, a start-up medical technology company that went public via SPAC in 2021. In this role, he led all human resources and stakeholder engagement. Tim also previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for WellCare, where he led the integrated HR function responsible for creating and driving the overarching talent and culture strategy that enabled WellCare’s enterprise-wide priorities. Before WellCare, Tim spent 16 years with Johnson & Johnson, where he held multiple global, senior HR positions supporting various businesses.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and a master’s degree in human resources management from Rutgers University. He is also a graduate of the Wharton School’s Executive Development Program for general management.
